Transportation Cost
We offer nationwide delivery at a transportation cost of $1.00 per mile (economy delivery). As specialists in the sale of assets for banks and financial institutions, all our sales are based on delivery. We offer convenient nationwide delivery to ensure a smooth experience.
Payment
Upon the close of the auction, buyers must complete full payment for the product within 24 hours. We only accept Bank Wire Transfers for successful purchases. Other payment methods such as Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, cashier's checks, and vehicle trade-ins will not be accepted.
For Bank Wire Transfers, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of winning the auction, containing payment instructions, including the recipient’s bank account details, routing number, and wire reference number. If you do not receive the email, please check your "junk" or "spam" folder.
Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeframe will result in the closure of your account, with no possibility to create a new one, and the product will be re-listed.
Delivery
Once your payment is verified, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery and ensure your product is transported to the specified location. Delivery will begin within 48–72 hours of payment verification. The delivery method will depend on the product type:
Vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs, classic cars) will be transported in enclosed trailers for secure delivery.
Other products (machinery, boats, RVs, etc.) will be transported based on logistics requirements.
Note: All shipments are fully insured during transport.
Delivery within the U.S. is typically within 14 days.
Delivery to Canada may take up to 22 days, as we use shared trailers to reduce costs.
Warranty & Peace of Mind
Auction Delta LLC provides a 12-Month / 12,000-mile or 6-Month / 1,500-Hour warranty, depending on the product type, starting from the date you take possession. Additionally, we offer a 5-day return or refund policy from the day of delivery.
12-month warranty for vehicles or products with mileage-based coverage.
6-month warranty for other products with hourly-based coverage.
5-day return/reject policy for all purchases, allowing full inspection and testing.
Warranty Coverage includes repairs on all assemblies and parts, excluding:
Interior/exterior cosmetic imperfections (as shown in product photos)
Replaceable/wearable parts (e.g., tires, filters)
Recommended maintenance
Aftermarket accessories
The warranty cannot be transferred to a third party, but extended warranties are available for purchase. Contact us for extended warranty options.
Return / Reject Policy
We provide a 5-day return/reject policy starting from the day of delivery. During this period, you can test the product for up to 1,000 miles for vehicles or unlimited hours for other products, and return or exchange it for any reason.
Returns are not accepted if the product has:
Been in an accident or damaged
Been modified or altered from its original condition
Been used as collateral for a loan
If you reject the product, you will receive a full refund within 48–72 hours. Delivery charges are free, and refunds will be processed promptly.
NOTE
Placing a "Make Offer" or "Buy Now" bid on a product is a binding contractual agreement. By selecting these options, you are committing to purchasing the item if you win the offer, even if you later change your mind. Please be sure to only "Make Offer" or "Buy Now" on items you genuinely intend to purchase, as these actions prevent other buyers from obtaining the product.
