Yes. Our legal and inspection teams thoroughly review every product before it’s cleared for delivery.
This includes:
Confirming there are no liens, debts, or legal issues
Inspecting for leaks, electrical systems, hydraulics, and frame integrity
Ensuring full compliance with U.S. safety standards
Only verified products move forward to delivery. If a product does not pass inspection, it remains in our secure storage until all issues are resolved.
How does the payment process work?
After receiving the Sales Contract, the buyer will get detailed payment instructions, including the total price of the product. The buyer must then submit proof of payment (such as a wire transfer receipt).
All funds are securely held in our trust account and will not be released without the buyer’s explicit approval. To ensure a timely transaction, payment must be completed via a bank-to-bank priority wire transfer to Auction Delta LLC within 12 hours of receiving the Sales Contract.
The funds remain in our designated trust account until the transaction is completed or canceled. Under no circumstances will the funds be released to the seller until the buyer has officially accepted the product.
How is my product delivered and insured?
Once your payment is confirmed, delivery is scheduled directly to your address. Every product is fully insured and tracked in real time for your peace of mind.

Do I get time to inspect the product after delivery?
